Solution
La solution optimale compte 81 coups. Le premier à publier cette solution a été Martin Gardner, en février 1964 dans le magazine Scientific American.
On peut voir ci-dessous les 10 principales étapes d'une solution en 115 coups.
📕 Description [en]
This game is a clone of the Klotski game.
The objective is to move the patterned block to the area bordered by green markers.
Klotski is a part of Gnome Games.
🌍️ Wikipedia :
Klotski (from Polish klocki—wooden blocks) is a sliding block puzzle. The name may refer to a specific layout of ten blocks, or in a more global sense to refer to a whole group of similar sliding-block puzzles where the aim is to move a specific block to some predefined location.
Rules
Like other sliding-block puzzles, several different-sized block pieces are placed inside a box, which is generally in 4×5 size. Among the blocks, there is a special one (usually the largest) which must be moved to a special area designated by the game board. The player is not allowed to remove blocks, and may only slide blocks horizontally and vertically. Common goals are to solve the puzzle with a minimum number of moves or in a minimum amount of time.
Solving
The minimum number of moves for the original puzzle is 81, which is verified by computer to be the absolute minimum for the default starting layout, if you consider sliding a piece two positions in the same direction to be a single move.
The first published 81-step solution is by Martin Gardner, in Feb 1964 issue of Scientific American. In the article he discussed the following puzzles (with Edward Hordern classification code in parentheses): Pennant Puzzle (C19), L'Âne Rouge (C27d), Line Up the Quinties (C4), Ma's Puzzle (D1) and a form of Stotts' Baby Tiger Puzzle (F10).
For earliest published solutions (not optimal solution), currently known is from Chinese educator Xǔ Chún Fǎng, in his book 數學漫談. (translation: Mathematics Tidbits; Kāi Mínɡ Shū Diàn, March 1952) His solution involves 100 steps.

A brain-teaser game
Project description
by Philippe Fremy phil@freehackers.org

Klotski is small brick game which has its root in a wooden game named (in french) Ane rouge. The goal is to bring the red piece to its destination by moving other pieces. It sounds simple but it is a real brainteaser.

There was a klotski game on Windows 3.1, and this is were all levels are from.
Klotski requires Python 3.5 (at least) and PyQt 5. To install Klotski, you must already have Python installed on your computer.

To play:
This was my first program using python and PyQt. I must say I have enjoyed it a lot: Python and Qt are both excellent, easy to use and well documented. I have never been able to implement my ideas so quickly. The usual cycle think, organise into organigram, code, compile, correct compiling errors, run, correct bugs, run, it works was reduced to think, code, run, it works. Because of the simplicity and the power the python language, my ideas could be expressed very clearly and I could concentrate on what I wanted to do instead of how I needed to code it. The result is a simple and clean program, that was coded in half the time (and probably less) it would have taken to do it in C++.
Contributions and feedback are gladly welcomed. Especially, bug, new levels or new tile themes. To add new levels, just edit boards.kts, the format is pretty simple. To add new tile themes, look at pixmap/THEMES.txt and replace the image klotski-tiles.png .
